To me, EWP is: EWP is a group of inspiring and talented designers dedicated to creating unique workplace designs. I am inspired by EWP’s commitment to understanding and solving every client’s specific needs throughout the design process. Each team member has encouraged my growth in a unique and impactful way. I feel fortunate to be supported by some of the industry’s top architects and designers as I progress my professional journey.

My path to architecture and design: As a kid, I spent most of my time sketching, painting, and doing craftwork. Eventually, I was introduced to architecture by my mother’s friend, who was the first woman architect in our small city back home in India. I always knew I wanted a career where I could help people, and she was my major inspiration in choosing architecture. Through her, I witnessed firsthand how well-designed spaces impact people’s daily lives. I find passion and inspiration in creating spaces that harmonize function and aesthetics, shaping environments where people live and work.

My role at EWP: As Project Designer, I contribute to projects across all phases of the design process, from space planning and finish palette development to design, documentation, participation in design meetings, construction document development, and support through the construction administration phase.

Outside of EWP: Outside of EWP, you can often find me exploring the amazing art, architecture, and food that Chicago has to offer. But, more often than not, I prefer relaxing at home, catching up on new shows and movies, or doodling and sketching.
