The workplace did not support a team sales environment. Demonstrating equipment for customers was a difficult experience.
THE PROCESS
Organize the office space to provide for an open window line, teaming areas, and communal break rooms. Align meeting spaces to support sales teams operations and collaboration. Use an adjacent atrium as a backdrop for a dynamic Customer Experience Center. Develop a welcoming arrival sequence for guests that gives sales teams the ability to demonstrate their products.
