THE BRIEF

Examine existing facilities and operations, evaluate potential leasing opportunities, and develop a new facility for business. Formulate a new facility brief and overcome the challenges of an existing highly compartmentalized space.

THE DEEPER ISSUE

The existing facility was hindering staff retention, regulatory compliance, and modernization. Any new facility had to be flexible enough for the company to respond to rapid market changes.

THE PROCESS

The overall design is a complete shift from their existing facility. High, open ceilings, open window lines, indirect lighting, sound masking, and color fields allow for a dramatic and enjoyable space. Amenity spaces support staff retention recruitment.

A new call center helps manage individual client security requirements and shift staff with the ebb and flow of business. EWP led ERS through a furniture selection process including mockups and testing of multiples scenarios. The final result allows for small teams and managers to exist within an open environment.
