The layout was conceived to lead guests from an impressive reception ellipse to an intimate executive lounge adjacent to the board room. The path creates branding opportunities and showcases the space’s social hub – the open kitchen. A staggered office layout creates the opportunity for vistas and areas of quiet privacy. Stunning views of Music Row from all points within the open office create drama and anchor a sense of place. The design incorporates custom millwork screens, interstitial conferencing, and collaboration spaces to create smaller zones of workstations. Acoustical lighting and decorative baffle systems help balance the sound levels of different meeting areas throughout the space.
