We have a mid-size corner suite with moderate views. How can we create an office intensive space?

Some of the space faces a potentially undesirable view. In efforts to lease the suite, create an environment that is light, bright, and private office intensive.

To create a dramatic sense of arrival but pull focus off a difficult exterior view we layered several glass frames and overlaid them with a custom film pattern. Full glass front offices and conference rooms create a limitless sense of natural light. A dynamic pantry lounge anchors the darker inside corner of the space, while its bold patterned wall creates movement.
