Our tenant prospect needs a private office intensive space. They also require us to furnish and stage their suite.

Programmatic requirements and adjacencies are challenging to work with given the available perimeter façade. The “U” shape space creates a sizeable distance from one end of the suite to the other. How do we create connectivity amongst staff?

We strategically located varying size private offices and small conference rooms along the perimeter. Then positioned a large meeting room floating near the reception. This allowed us to provide everyone with a perimeter office while keeping teams close together. A large lounge on the north side creates a haven for staff to congregate. A small pantry on the south side supports staff and provides a sense of community.
