Analyze three existing small spaces with outdated finishes and odd floor plans. Make them modern, current, and leasable space suites.

Early on, it became clear that the optimal solution for these areas was to combine them, creating a more functional layout. Utilizing some existing partitions, we formatted the space for potential division—should that be practical at a later date. By extending the reception area to the exterior, we established a distinct public/private zone that connects the “L”-shaped space.

The finished space is entirely about connective elements. A custom ceiling scenario in the main corridor bridges offices and open work areas. It also creates a dynamic sense of movement in a long office. Layers of texture and color create drama making the space special.
